Welcome to the registration page of the EMISA 2019: 40 Years EMISA!
Our registration is handled using the Indico tool: After registration, you will receive a confirmation message containing a link to the billing process. If you follow this link, you will receive an automatically generated invoice and account information for the transfer.
Please understand that for EMISA 2019 we have only bank transfer as payment method.
The conference fees include
– participation in all sessions of EMISA 2019 from May 15th to 17th,
– the conference proceedings on a data storage device,
– Lunch on May 16 and 17,
– Dinner on May 15,
– drinks and snack during breaks,
– participation in the reception (15 May, 20:00h) and the banquet (16 May, 19:00h).
Until 30 April 2019 the conference fee for members of the GI or ACM, IEEE, VDE, VDI, OCG or SI is €290,-, otherwise €350,-.
From 1 May 2019 these amounts will increase by € 50,-.
We would be very pleased if you would bring your partner or guests with you. However, we unfortunately have to charge their participation at cost price:
We charge € 25,- per person for the reception, € 55,- for the banquet, a flat rate of € 15,- for the coffee brakes (drinks and cake), € 20,50 per lunch. You can book these services individually.
